Friends of Apalachicola Regional Airport (FARA):

(FARA), is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. 

FARA's purpose is to organize and conduct public airshows to promote aviation education, safety, and fund scholarships or programs for aviation-related education in Franklin County.   

FARA is proud to champion programs that strengthen the Franklin County community, including the following:

• The New Tom P. Haney Technical College at Apalachicola Regional Airport! 
• Tango Flight Program at Franklin County Schools! 
• Franklin Education Foundation!
