Air Show Sponsorship Opportunities

Presenting Sponsor - $20,000

This is the premier sponsorship package, offering maximum visibility and engagement.

Recognition: Your company will be named the official "Air Show Presenting Sponsor" on all posters, radio ads, mailers, social media, and banners.
On-site Activation:
- A dedicated, catered hospitality tent for 50 guests.
- A 400 sq. ft. display area to showcase up to six vehicles, with a separate 20' x 20' sales tent.
- 20 on-site announcements promoting your business throughout the day.
- Opportunity for a prime vehicle to drive by the crowd during announcements.
Ticketing & Access:
- 75 free general admission tickets.
Unique Opportunities:
- Sponsorship of both the Car Show and Team Titan.
- Present the trophies to the Car Show winners from the announcer's stand at show center.
- Ability to cross-promote the event as the presenting sponsor on all your media channels.

Contributing Sponsor - $10,000

Gain significant exposure and interact directly with attendees.

Recognition: Your company will be recognized as a "Contributing Sponsor" on all posters, radio ads, mailers, social media, and banners.
On-Site Activation:
- A catered hospitality tent for 25 guests.
- A 400 sq. ft. display area for products and bikes, with a separate 20' x 20' sales tent.
- 15 on-site announcements promoting your business throughout the event
Ticketing & Access:
- 40 free general admission tickets.
Unique Opportunties:
- Sponsorship of both the Bike Show and Kyle Franklin Aerobatics.
- Present the trophies to the Bike Show winners from the announcer's podium and speak to the crowd.
- Ability to cross-promote the event as a contributing sponsor on all your media channels.

Supporting Sponsor - $5,000

This package provides targeted exposure to key areas of the air show.

Recognition: Your company name and logo on all posters, radio ads, mailers, social media, and banners.
On-site Activation:
- A catered hospitality tent for 20 guests.
- A 10' x 10' tent to showcase your business.
- 8 on-site announcements throughout the day.
Ticketing & Access:
- 25 general admission passes.
Unique Opportunities:
- Sponsorship of the music and the kids' zone.
- Ability to cross-promote the event as a supporting sponsor on all your media channels.

Associate Sponsor - $1,000

A great way to show your support and gain visibility.

Recognition: Your name and logo on all social media, radio ads, posters, and banners.
On-site Activation:
- 2 on-site announcements.
Ticketing & Access:
- Access to the catered VIP tent for 6 guests.
- 10 general admission passes.
- 4 official show shirts.

Participating Sponsor - $500

In-Kind Sponsorship

We welcome all forms of support! In-kind sponsorship benefits are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the value and type of service or donation provided.

Once a sponsorship level is confirmed, we will provide an invoice. We will also need your high-resolution logo in PDF or JPG format, which can be emailed to the address above.

The Forgotten Coast Freedom Festival Air Show reserves the right to decline any sponsorship that does not align with the event's mission and goals. The Franklin Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (Tax I.D. # 84-5073199).
